What I liked

I was impressed by how all the staff I encountered greeted me with a smile and did their best to put me at ease.

Although my visit was only a pre op assessment I was very impressed with the caring attitude of everybody I came into contact with, they all seemed happy in their job and did not treat me like just another person to deal with. I have over the past 20 years experienced many pre ops in other Hospitals and left feeling exhausted with all the waiting to see different nurses for various tests which has sometimes mean the assessment has taken as long as 2 hours. My visit to you lasted just over 40mins and the two nurses who assessed me were very professional, thoughtful and caring.
