About: Borders General Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

I was very well looked after by the midwives after Borders General Hospital after having my second child. Two senior midwives Leigh and Nicky helped me when a complication arose and I cannot thank Kerrie enough for her support on the postnatal ward.

Congratulations on the birth of your second child and thank you for taking the time to comment on the care you received. I will ensure Leigh and Nicky is informed of your lovely comments, especially when you mentioned there had been a complication. It's lovely to know that you felt they supported you, we aim to deliver person centred care.

I will also inform Kerrie that you were pleased with the support she provided you during your postnatal stay.

I hope you are enjoying your family of four and your feedback is much appreciated.
