"Poor reception staff"

Extremely rude reception staff who kept looking at the clock, I wasn't allowed a walk in appointment 30mins prior to closing because these were only reserved for emergencies such as an infection. My worry over having new onset neck stiffness and a rash was brushed over by the fact I didn't have a temperature. The receptionists communication skills were extremely poor and I was made to feel like I was wasting her time despite trying to use NHS services appropriately.
