"Dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner"

Very friendly welcome, that went on through out the ward. everyone within the ward was dealt with in turn depending on their place on the rota. On my turn I was dealt with in a very professional and friendly manner putting me at ease about my upcoming treatment. When it was my turn for my treatment it was done fairly quickly making sure all the necessary paperwork in place  and taken through to the theater. The procedure was quick and the staff engaged with me throughout making me feel at ease, I was then taken back to the ward where I received a cup of tea and toast.

I couldn't praise all the staff highly enough during my stay taking my nervous edge of and making me feel comfortable during my time on the ward
