I was finally seen by my own local surgery yesterday. Thank you! The receptionist had helped me sort out code and link for MyGP app. I am very thankful. The app is an easy access and found new open appointments that were refreshed as early as 5am everyday (as told). I am positive that bookings will now be easier since I have a working online app. before I even need to call. Thank you very much and apologies for my frustrations in the past booking attemps.
