"Poor response time"

Attended initially in September 2019, established follow up appointment once initial X Ray's received from another hospital, waited then 5 months to have follow up appointment in February 2020.

Poor excuse of "i dont know what happened" no apology given. Follow up appointment was rushed and i was not given the opportunity to talk about how i had been over 5 months nor was i asked the question.

I am to be seen in 2 weeks for further follow up of X Ray taken in Februaryat appointment, just received my letter I have appointment March in fact not 2 weeks now 3 and a half weeks in the evening.

Tried to call and have been told appointments on protected time open after 2pm. Feel the experience is not timely and communication lacking.
