"Disgusting Service"

There wasn't a drop down bar to leave the review for Switchboard but your switchboard is the worst I have ever dealt with. The reception staff do not wait until you finish speaking they just want to 'get rid of the caller' as soon as possible. I called switchboard 3 times on the first occasion I asked for the diabetic clinic - I waited on the phone for 1 hour 10 minutes without the phone being picked up during normal business hours. Whilst waiting I used my other phone to call them again and was going to ask them why nobody was picking up the phone but didn't get a chance because they put me through to the diabetic clinic again - on this call waited 45 minutes whilst still waiting on the other phone, I asked my daughter to call on her phone whilst i was in the room the switchboard partly listened to what she had to say explaining my situation and they ended the call. I do not have a 'free call' mobile phone I am dreading my phone bill and didn't get any answers - absolutely DISGUSTING to be treated in this way.
