"Awful place"

Honestly it is stressful enough going through fertility issues and these guys are terrible and know how to add on to the stress. We were meant to be referred for IVF the doctor said to ring for a coordination appointment. We have been ringing hammersmith hospital for the IVF. Hammersmith keep telling us the referral has not been sent yet. It has been 11 days! Cannot get a hold of anyone there. I rang the gynocology secretary who referred me to another fertillity secretary who referred me to some other area where no one ever picks up the phone. Being messed around and now I am getting anxiety because clearly no one there knows what they are doing and I am getting paranoid thinking I failed one of my blood test and something has gone wrong. Absolutely the worst ever.
