"Very impressed with the Orthopaedic experience"

I was admitted through DOSA in Woodend Hospital. The care & attention my husband and I received there was exemplary. The Ortho experience from door to table,is very professional,caring and certainly very "slick ".We were introduced to surgeon Mr Mitchell,the anaesthetist,OT,Physio,and were kept informed of my surgery time, the staff were all so friendly and nothing was a bother.My named nurse was Louise, the charge nurse, be proud ,you and your staff are doing an amazing job. The anaesthetic room staff delivered a high standard of pre op care ,recovery care was also performed with the highest expertise.I was then admitted to Ward 10,and was discharged next day.After again review by Mr Mitchell,I had repeat bloods and X-ray done,was further reviewed by OT,Physio and chat with the pharmacist.

I certainly am very impressed with the Orthopaedic experience, from out patient appt,pre assessment and the regular calls to admission.Thank you so much Mr Mitchell and your amazing team.We certainly are fortunate in NHS Grampian to have such an amazing Orthopaedic surgeon .
