"Worst ran Trust in the Country"

We must be the most unlucky residents in the country to have 1 failing hospital for the whole of West Herts. The trust have decided to pump all its money into that failing trust. I choose to travel out of area to be able to receive better care but unfortunately had an appointment made at Watford without my knowledge. Disgusting environment, in the most inaccessible area with a terrible reputation!

Staff were rude, hospital dirty & falling apart. Took me 40 minutes for a 3 mile journey, when I can travel 20 miles to a well situated hospital in 20 minutes.

West Herts Trust should no be operating on behalf of people. Who would choose to back a failing hospital... only a failing trust.

I was seen 2 hours late by a rude nurse in a falling down building would never recommend!
