"Psychiatrist unprofessional at musgrove park"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

I was in intensive care on a life support machine to keep.me breathing after a near fatal overdose.

After awakening, I saw a psychiatrist who spent more than five minutes with me to offer me a bunch of helplines.

I felt the psychiatrist was very unhelpful especially as I had suicidal feelings with intent to end my life again.

She was aware of this but completely ignore me and walked out. The nurses were wonderful and tried to tell the psychiatrist about my intent. But she discharged me with no follow or support in place whatsoever and I attempted to end my life again.

I feel the psychiatrist should of least given me the time of day the way I was presenting. I felt she should of listened better. Apart from this I thought intensive care and high dependency unit were exceptional and they saved my life.
