I attended day medicine for routine monthly infusion for MS treatment where I took unwell and wanted to congratulate the performance of the day medicine team and the efficient communication between departments in contacting MS nurse for advice and information. Yvette (MS nurse) attended the ward almost instantly to attend to the situation and to ensure that this was not an MS drug matter but a separate issue requiring further investigation thus carried out by Day Medicine staff. 

I therefore wished to thank named staff and the Day Medicine team for their help, their concern and for their professionalism shown at a time where I felt most vulnerable; it’s sincerely appreciated.
