"Made him feel like the most important person there"

He felt very uncomfortable and wasn't happy about the whole procedure.

However right from the very start the people concerned were very kind and made him feel as though he was the most important person there.

The care and the politeness of all nurses, sisters and the consultant staggered us as this was usual. Due impart to the stress that all staff in the N.H.S. are under, so we understand, they have a job to do and they get on with it.

But this department was outstanding.  You can not teach empathy, you either have it or you don't and they did in bundles.

Not just one or two but all of them.  The sisters made tea for the relatives and cleared away anything that shouldn't have been there. This meant that dirty jobs were not shouldered by the younger staff at all.

Their names are; Dr Vasilios, Sn Desiree, Cn Soonil, Sr Phil, Sr Caroline Ha Sam. Each one of these people requires the utmost thanks from us.
