About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

I attended the minor injuries unit at RHH this morning- 8am on the dot and I was first in the queue. The receptionist was lovely and friendly. After a very short wait I was being assessed by a nice nurse who was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about what I'd done. 20 minutes after arrival I was leaving with a diagnosis, leaflet and advice about my injury. Great service, keep up the good work!
