Today I visited the Cardiology/Clinical Measurements Department for a Complex Echo as requested by my consultant. At exactly the time of my appointment I was called in for the procedure. I was met by two clinicians who explained everything about the procedure I was to be going through. They were informative and caring and they completely put me at ease. I am very grateful for their patience and professionalism. They are a credit to the NHS.
