Had a planned caesarean section in January 2020. Prior to this had a lot of input from Day Assessment Unit in the Maternity Dept under Dr Barber and her team. Care was exceptional, staff were so kind and helpful. Theatre staff on day of section were amazing and made such a difference to our experience (explaining the process, calming our nerves, putting us at ease). Jessica from the breast feeding team was amazing; so helpful and reassuring. We had such a positive experience of care overall for which we are very grateful. Please pass on our thanks x
