"No Gp appointments"

I have been trying to get an appointment to see a GP since before Christmas! Finally got an appointment (a fifteen day wait) only to be told I would have to see a nurse because they don’t have a GP on the day of my appointment!
I am leaving this practice today!

Dear Patient,
We are sorry to hear you are leaving the surgery. It is a busy surgery and advance appointments do go quickly, however we do have appointments available on the day, every day if you need to be seen urgently. I am always available if you would like to speak to me further about this matter.
