"I approached a member of staff"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Adult Mental Health

(as a service user),

They are a typical staff nurse, this staff member hasn't got a very good manner and caring side & I feel they shouldn't be a nurse. I  was up the stairs came back down  and this nurse said  I was enjoying the peace and quite and every member of staff started laughing I was asking if I could get  some fresh air  then they say you get to your room, they changed it  now, & says get off the corridor because a another patient was there that's changed  it. I have asked that nurse.

Dear Cooldude24

I am sorry to hear that you are concerned about staff attitude in our mental health ward. I am disappointed that you feel you are receiving mixed messages from nursing staff in an unhelpful way

It would be helpful to get a bit more information around your concerns. Please give me a call on 01698 366760 so that we can discuss these in more detail

Regards

Margaret Serrels
