"No special provisions are made"

About: Falkirk Community Hospital / Opthalmology

(as a carer),

Taking my 95 year old disabled father in law to this clinic, no special provisions are made, he has been waiting now for three hours, not for the first time, surely there should be a fast track system for some patients. I know this would not be popular but it’s something that needs to be looked at.

Dear Wernard Dibbins,

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments and I am so sorry to hear about your 95 year old fathers experience when using our service. I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for this long delay at the clinic and would like the chance to investigate why this happened. So it would be really helpful if you could get in touch so that we know which clinic he attended as this would allow me to investigate this further. Could you either contact us through Patient Relations (01324) 566868 or could you give my office a call this afternoon. My number is 01324 673831

Kindest regards

Angela Dunbar
