"What Connect 3 has done for me"

About: South Yorkshire Housing Association Limited / Connect 3

(as a service user),

I've suffered from anxiety and depression for several years now. 1 year ago I was referred  to a service called connect 3 which is run by the mental health charity Sheffield Mind. I was assigned a mental health key worker that visits me at least once a week to help with my well-being, finances, helping with benefits, helping with sorting out and getting repairs done to the flat all for the main focus to help my own mental health ease off a bit and try to help manage and put in place techniques which help me get resilience and stability back into my life.
