(as the patient),

I have been several times here all of which the nurses have just stood and chatted! I also phoned time and time again after being told once I had explained my situation they would allocate me an appointment straight away! However, I  was told 3 times I can either wait a week (to which it would be dealt with) drive over 50 miles or go to a drop in,  which is not suitable for me. I feel this is absolutely ridiculous as I know the situation just needs the treatment and feel they or the GP don't understand this.
