"BAD RECEPTIONIST"

the receptionist are very rude on the phone , when requested for a rubella vaccination appointment the staff gave me appointment after 2 weeks , I requested if there are any earlier one but the lady said there are none and recommended to call and check if anything was available a week after incase of anyone cancelling. Anyways I called the next week to check if there were any cancellations her reply to me was " its not even urgent and there are no appointments". I was taken back by this comment - as I was family planning. never mind it did not end up there , on the day of the appointment I was not greeted properly . both the receptionists were so un friendly and gave me the looks like what are you doing here ?? they need to improve their communicative skills and be no nicer to people.
