Unfortunately, I had cause for complaint on three separate occasions regarding the standard of care provided to my father by A1 Homecare Ltd. The final, most serious, complaint resulted in an investigation by Essex Social Service with an eventual outcome of fully substantiated safeguarding concerns. I feel both the standard of care provided and their policies and procedures need improvement.
