"Utter useless at ever step"

Starts with asking for a call from a GP, but had to wait on hold for 20 minutes before even speaking to reception. All GPs at the surgery seem to act like they are better than you. The reception staff that greet you when you arrive to the tatty desk covered in shredded paper and blue tac are rude and unaware of basic rules and regulations regarding administration work. They have no idea how a computer works. This surgery has gone severely down hill. Every doctor I’ve seen at this surgery has been a problem. On this occasion the doctor’s first response was to ask me if I wanted a sick note to get time off work. NO, I WANT SOMETHING TO MAKE ME BETTER NOT A SICK NOTE. What kind of service is this?!
