"Under pressure but doing a good job"

I'm surprised by some of the negative comments about this practice. I think people don't understand the pressure the NHS is under, and don't appreciate the great job most of the staff do under the circumstances. The reception staff always do their best to help, and the doctors give you confidence and are very thorough as well as being polite and easy to talk to. My family and my elderly parents have always been treated very well. Maybe people need to have a bit more understanding that NHS staff are only human, and a bit more give and take will help smooth out the pressure.
