What I liked

I've recently had two occasions to visit the Dermatology Department at Ipswich Hospital for minor surgery and on both occasions was treated extremely well. Staff were attentive, caring, and solicitous throughout the operations. Thank you to you all.

What could be improved

Original consultation apppointment on 5 March 2012 was over 30 minutes late with no explanation. Appreciate hospitals and doctors are extremely busy but so too are patients.

Anything else?

Overall extremely satisfied.
