Recently, I was referred by my doctor, Dr Quirk, to Dorking Hospital for an Ultrasound Scan of the pelvis and Mr J Grabham at East Surrey Hospital for a Colonoscopy.
Within several days I was referred to Dorking Hospital and this morning to East Surrey for a Colonoscopy.
Ms Jackie Jenkins carried out the pelvis scan yesterday and I was much impressed by her courtesy and the swiftness she carried out the procedure.
At my appointment this morning at East Surrey I was seen immediately on arrival. I was so impressed with the courtesy of the staff, in particular, by Nurse Sa-adatu Awundu RN and Mr Grabham.
I returned home, accompanied by a friend before midday.
Of late there has been much criticism of both hospitals but the treatment I have received these last two days has been exemplary. The patience, attention, courtesy and treatment has been second to none.
