this was such a lovely surgery but it has deteriorated in a matter of months. having a facelift hasnt improved it when the fabulous reception staff who personally knew the patients have all gone to be replaced by jobsworths who dont even want to answer the phone. i rang and didnt get through until 5 to 6 and was told ring back tomorrow i have just shut the computers down no youre open to take calls and deal with people until the doors close shut the computers down then she open the computer sorted the problem but she just didnt want to do it . there are young new drs there who are ok but have to check with others which takes ages and theyre not qualified to write certificates for beyond a certain period so you have to go back and see one who is. Prescriptions dont get sent to the chemist as theyre supposed to I cannot stress strongly enough how this place is a health risk in itself but hey ho the buildings been uptated Bring back the staff who made it run smoothly they were worth their weight in gold. shall be looking to move to somewhere more personal and not whitewashed
