"Daughter left for hours in agony"

About: University Hospital Lewisham

A couple weeks ago my daughter was admitted via ambulance to a&e suffering with agonising abdominal pain which turned out to be a ruptured appendix. Prior to diagnosis she waited 9 hours before any suitable pain relief was given so was rolling on the floor vomiting & almost passed out. During this time staff took little to no notice of my daughter's worsening situation. Thankfully she's now home recovering but still having nightmares of her time spent in Lewiaham Hospital!
