"Not very helpful "

About: West Essex Iapt

I first rang them for help on 12th Dec 2019 and it took them a month to ring me back on Tues 14th Jan. During that time I wanted to put my hand on the hob and I was going thru a terrible time. Then they told me that they couldnt help

And would post me a letter that fri which didnt happen ! The person came up with an excuse why it didnt happen and promised me that a letter would b posted on Fri 24th and it's now tue and still no letter . I rang all day mon with no joy and Tues morn with keep going on answer phone. I have my doubts if this is a scam organisation giving people hope but not going thru with it
