In recent times I have found that virtually every time I call the nursing home to speak to staff regarding my mother my call is not answered. This happens regardless of time of day or day of the week. Today, 25th January 2020 I have phoned 4 times and the call has been timed out in every case. It was particularly important that I made contact in this case as I wanted to ensure prior to visiting there were no viruses etc. as I have other family members to whom I cannot risk passing such things on to.
The lack of a voicemail facility to pass on messages is very poor in this day and age.
