After more than 2 1/2 years & 2 last minute cancellations I went to Lincoln County Hospital for surgery. From the friendly greeting by the SAL Receptionist onwards I was treated with friendly courtesy & outstanding levels of service & professionalism by nursing, medical & ancillary staff. This was so totally different to the lack of response by some of the appointments department staff that it’s difficult to believe it is the same hospital!!!
My heart-felt thanks to everyone Who helped to make my surgery & stay so good!
