(as a service user),

Husband admitted for surgery as emergency.. due to the urgency I left home in a panic forgetting purse etc...left hospital after nine hours at night, with no method of payment...I enquired at front desk of I could pay in the morning..told not possible..I visited my husband the following four days under calmer circumstances, and naturally paid...surely there must be more flexibility for payment, those like myself, having a genuine reason for missing payment on the day. Am now awaiting a fine.

Parking signage is woeful!

On a more positive note, A and E was fast, efficient, professional, friendly, despite being under extreme pressure.. husband was transferred speedily to a cubicle, necessary investigations carried out, and transfer to surgical ward...
Thanks to all staff.. you were brilliant, and most importantly reassuring.
