I find it very unfair that me and my mum have to go all the way to St.Paul's on the train just for the appointment which part of me feels like a waste of time as we live in Loughton I know they have specialists but I don't want to be going there in five years time I wish that they have specialists and people there at Whipps Cross Respiratory medicine for young adults because that is closer hospital we can drive or get a cab there I'm someone who doesn't like change and will never get use to it I was a patient there from 2012 to 2015 but in the children's clinic they really should have a new respiratory medicine department for young adults and older adults from age 20 onwards and I hope with this complaint and suggestion that the hospital will be able to make my hospital visits much better from now on.
P.S. I know they there's not much the hospital can do.
