"Very sad to put this on about MRI "

About: Cannock Chase Hospital

From 2019 was waiting for MRI from the hospital, my husband terminally ill I had to cancel the first one, they said can make next for February, I accepted, rang to say got another if I wanted in January, I explained yet again about my husband, and was told very unsympathetic well we will offer another, if not coming will cancel and cross you of list, rang up this morning to ask if turning up tomorrow 25th January, explained husband on the end, possibly this weekend, they rang asked if I was coming, she said OK will cancel, and promptly put the phone down, now I am not one to cancel willy nilly on anything, but a bit of understanding and compassion would not of gone amiss, every other aspect of Cannock hospital is amazing, I am now crossed of the list., but, just would of thought they would of been a little more caring, knowing what this outcome is about to be.
