"Curretage biopsy of facial lesion"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

Despite having to park miles away from the clinic and out of breath on arrival there, I was taken immediately and welcomed by three members of staff, Pamela, Jen and Lauriann in the dermatology dept. From taking medical notes to the biopsy procedure itself, they were lovely, putting me at ease and being chatty, Everything was explained thoroughly and on departure, I was told a quicker route back to the carpark.

All in all, I could not fault these members of staff in the slightest, and am grateful for the care in our NHS which some would like to alter to the american system.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your recent visit to our department and I have shared this with our team.

Firstly may I apologise you had problems getting parked and I have passed your feedback on to the transport manager.

I am pleased your appointment went well and that you were made to feel at ease. And I am glad the staff were able to help with a quicker route back to your car.

I hope your wound is healing well.

Thanks again,

Kirsty
