(as a parent/guardian),

I was feeling low before but I now like and trust myself more.

I now take her out to groups on my own and I am enjoying my life.

I am very thankful for Jo and Ella's support. They are fantastic ladies.

We can see from your comments what a difference the Family Support and Perinatal service has made to you and how much your confidence as grown to enable you start enjoying your life again.

Its amazing how having some support can help us to get back on track.
