"Concerns about an elderly neighbour"

We raised concerns about an elderly neighbour with Doctors GP surgery and social services - little/poor responses 

Not until a fall and admission to hospital did they act

Social services - poor coordination tried to get neighbours to do tasks that they should do with as relatives/family. Temporary carers support only do what is written down and do not see obvious shortfalls and tasks that are obvious to visiting neighbours, due to limited skills of overseas carers (agency staff from out of country). NHS Poor on follow up on visits and finding care at home when they should be.

Unable to call carers agency office at weekends or after 4:15pm - (out of office) hours. - all very poor in 2020. Care agency staff from other countries from temporary agency
