"Staff have been very helpful"

About: Highbury Hospital

(as a service user),

In general staff have been courteous to find out the way of righteousness which is in us all. However, it is a long game as individually are on different levels with their beliefs. Staff can be a bit handsy at times, as we are all learning what is right and what is wrong. I think that everyone needs to be a little more spiritually, connected in order for vast improvements. Other then that, staff have been very helpful providing a very high standard of care to patients suffering with mental health.

Hello, my name is Jane Danforth. My role involves helping our service users, volunteers and staff to understand that Notts Healthcare wants to hear stories about our services. We reply to every story and it really helps us to improve what we do, how we do it and to hear about what works well too.

Dear junesj96

Thank you for sharing your experience of mental health services at Highbury Hospital.

You didn't say which service you received and it would be really helpful to know so that I can share your story with the right service as I know they will be happy to post another reply.

We really appreciate you taking the time to tell us how you felt about staff and the high standard of care you received.

I wish you well in your recovery.

With best wishes

Jane
