"Helpful, non-judgemental, comforting"

I came here for cbt/tfcbt and it was amazing. Some sessions felt unproductive but the overall change was outstanding:) it probably took around 3 months from initial referral to the start of therapy which is better than expected and once you’re in regular sessions are provided and contacts etc. My therapist was lovely and genuine, the receptionists were friendly, and I can’t thank the team enough. Don’t be put off by bad reviews- you have to try it to know :):)
