Booking appointment seems impossible. Some doctors diagnostic capability is questionable. At one occasion I found the doctor very rude and miserable. Not sure how that doctor can be practicing in UK. Found one receptionist very rude while booking an appointment. People queue up early in the morning outside the practice in cold and rain like a refugee camp to book an appointment.

Dear Patient, thank you for the feedback. We greatly regret your experience. We have discussed your comment and that of others with the similar theme as a team. We have embarked on an improvement plan to enhance patient experience. We have changed the way patients access the practice. Please visit the practice website on https://customhousesurgery.co.uk/ for the changes we have made. Practice also has weekly meeting to discuss patient comments and feedback. Any behaviour that is not in line with good patient care are discussed in such meetings and reasonable actions are taken to prevent them occurring.
