(as a parent/guardian),

Today at school my 5 year old child sustained a head injury while in the playground at school. We attended ED at FVRH to get my child checked over. 

The reception staff were very helpful. We were directed to paediatric waiting room away from the main waiting area. My child was happy to play with toys and read a story while waiting to be seen. 
All staff we encountered today were great but special mention must go to Ruth the ENP who assessed my child. She was absolutely fantastic with my child and took the time to put my child at ease while performing a very comprehensive assessment. Thanks Ruth for all your care and attention. 
We left with clear instructions should anything change and to my child’s delight two bravery stickers!

Well done ED FVRH, job well done.
