"Poor Nursing Care"

About: Salford Royal

H4 Ward ....Nursing Care was just awful the staff were dismissive of both patient and relatives concerns.They congregated round the Nursing Station and were unhelpful and rude when asked for anything.My partner is a a retired nurse I am too my mother and aunt also and we despair of these staff members.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and we are sorry to learn of your unsatisfactory experience within H4 Ward. Your concerns have been brought to the attention of the Divisional Director of Nursing who will share your experiences with the team to ensure all matters are addressed and discussed.

We hope to reassure you that the Trust strives to provide patients with excellent care and experience and so are therefore disappointed that we had not achieved it for you on this occasion.
