"Phenomenal care"

I would just like to thank all at Cannock Chase hospital for their care in treating me yesterday. From the pre-op through to post op discharge I can only describe the staff and facilities as phenomenal. Everybody was so kind, caring and attentive in an environment that seemed like a private hospital. I know life is tough in the NHS but this wasn’t evident at Cannock because the staff worked so hard in caring for patients. The whole hospital is obviously very well managed and staff seem highly motivated to deliver quality care. I completed a feedback form and sincerely hope it contributes to this exceptional team being recognised for their efforts. The only slight downside was having to sit around all day waiting for surgery. I’m sure there is good reason for not having morning and afternoon slots so will leave that to the experts!
