I called on Friday after being referred back to doctors after ultra sound, no appointments call Monday 8 o'clock. Called 8 o'clock 103 calls got engaged tone then eventually put in a queuing system for nearly 5 mins to be told no appointments just drop in clinic for an hour in afternoon. Its a joke how are you ment to get an appointment. Always the same u have gone over for 8before 3rd in que and got last appointment. Feel sorry for receptionists as by time people get through are annoyed and then told no appointments. Bad management

Thank you for your feedback regarding our appointments system. As we have increased the number of staff members answering the telephones in a morning our appointments are now being booked more quickly. Our walk-in clinic is open from 1:30pm to 2:30pm, and everyone who books in during this hour is guaranteed to be seen by a GP. We are shortly changing our telephone system which we hope will resolve some of the issues with calling in a morning.
