If you can ever reach them via telephone, then you're one of the few.

Calling them is a nightmare. You're always on hold, and then after 10 mins, you're asked to leave a message. Regardless of what you say in the message, they never call you back.

If you're looking for a good doctors surgery, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE!

If you do manage to make an appointment for a doctor, regardless of the time you've booked it for, you will never see them at the time booked. My average has been about 30 minutes late. The best was 10 minutes late, the worst was about 75 minutes late.

The doctors themselves are ok doctors. It's just everything else about Wye Valley Surgery that is dreadful. It needs a major overhaul, which is unlikely to happen.

We have readjusted our appointment length to 15 minutes in recognition of our patient needs. Our patients are our priority, this does mean that our clinicians may run late when dealing with a particularly complex medical issue. If you would like to discuss this matter further please contact the surgery.
