About: St Johns Medical Centre

The practice has a new appointment system which is impossible to use . I followed all the instructions after visiting the surgery in December I needed to make a follow up appointment and was sent an email informing me they were to busy . I asked at the desk if I could make a routine follow up appointment & was told we don’t do that anymore you have to do it online. I fail to see how this can be more efficient and quicker than the old system. Very frustrated and disappointed and I really can’t see how the elderly will cope with this quite frankly complicated system.
