I have been struggling with my mental health, and it has increasingly gotten worse. It has been very hard emotionally and mentally and still is.

I have recently had to change doctors and I at first was very wary. My new doctor Dr Tomlinson is very supportive and wants to try and offer varying ways to cope with my mental health issues. He realizes that it is hard to access support and doesn't judge but understands that my current medication keeps me stable.

I would say Doctors are like him are few and far between.
