(as the patient),

Very painful fall. NHS 24 were called and they were very helpful. Managed to get to Forth Valley Hospital in Larbert and the treatment I received was incredible. Fast, efficient, effective, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone was very respectful and concerned, made me feel at ease and explained and kept me updated at all times.

I am sorry to learn you had a fall and I hope you are doing ok.

How good of you to take the time to contact Care Opinion to share your experience of calling NHS 24 and of the care you received from NHS Forth Valley. The staff at Larbert sound as though they provided excellent patient centred care. Being kept updated is so important.
