"A great service"

About: Good Hope Hospital / General medicine

(as a service user),

I was referred by my GP to AMU because she suspected I had a heart problem. She referred me at 9.45am. I was seen within 15 mins of arriving was treated with kindness and courtesy by everyone, from the receptionist to consultant. Tests were carried out, thorough examinations made and checked and results fed back to me promptly. Fortunately my concerns were allayed and I was able to return home, I had a  follow up phone call from the doctor at AMU later that day.

I don't think positive feedback is shared often enough so please make sure the AMU team read this.
